Check in was fast and efficient. Room was fine. . I have stayed here before when it was Ibis and was happy to return. However, under the new owner, breakfast was terrible - not a hot and cold buffet as advertised - only cold. They did bring out hot food but it could have been sat for hours based on the fact I could barely cut through the sausage. If not serving as advertised - please tell guests BEFORE taking their money at the door. The TV in the room constantly lost signal. We used the WhatsApp number provided in the room and received zero response. Disappointing stay. Staff that we did deal with at reception were great.

The hotel was in a perfect location as everything was close by. The bed was comfortable, however the windows cannot be opened on the upper floors.

Interesting building and good value for money

Hotel staff were really nice. Property was dated in terms of bathroom facilities and furniture. Could do with a refresh. That said, it was functionally good.

Lovely villa with back garden and front drive. Modern, clean and feels very homely! My children aged 4 and 7 loved it also.

Me and my partners family stayed here for pre-graduation. The rooms are very compact, cosy and clean and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is also in a great location. We did however find a couple problems with the rooms. In one room the air-con wasn’t working which made it a very hot a sweaty evening/morning in an already stressful time getting ready for a graduation. In the other room we couldn’t get the lighting to work properly. The bar area was probably by biggest negative. Ordered 2 beers which both tasted like washing up liquid, the bar staff were struggling to pour a pint and had several attempts at such.
