Lovely Property, Questionable Value

I recently stayed at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami and overall had a good experience. The property itself is beautiful, with a great location right on the beach and a lively atmosphere. The staff was friendly, the pool areas were well kept, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. That said, the prices are extremely high for what you actually get. While the amenities and service are solid, they don’t quite match the luxury-level rates the hotel charges. Food and drinks on-site were also very expensive compared to similar options nearby. In short, Eden Roc is a nice hotel in a prime spot if you’re looking for a fun, energetic Miami stay, but be prepared to pay a premium that may not feel fully justified by the experience.

My best friend and I initially made reservations at Eden Rock through a third-party booking site because the rooms were not the same as Nobu Miami, we approached the front desk Manager, Nora, to inquire about the possibility of canceling our reservation and transferring to Nobu. Both the Eden Rock and Nobu teams, especially manager Nora and Sheldon, handled our request with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. We are looking forward to our next visit! The property is stunning, with the spa being a particular highlight. We also can't overlook how accommodating Joshua at the Nobu front desk was during our stay. A special thanks to Sheldon for securing us a wonderful beach view—truly an amazing experience!

They charge the use of beach umbrella $35.00 per day. Even though you pay for hotel stay, they charge you for the use of the BEACH and POOL. We stayed for 5 days. We got a bill for 375.00 extra at check out for beach and pool usage. We went to the pool once. 👎👎 Do Not Recommend
