We were in the area and did not know where to park. I called the hotel and the customer service representative just replied , “In the front of the hotel” and rudely hung up! When initially checking in, they told us we would be in the South Building which is a distance from where the pool is located in an entire different building. My husband is handicapped and I asked to be located in the North Building due to an issue with his ability to walk. The desk clerk said there is nothing available so we were forced to take unacceptable accommodations. Once in the room, the safe needed replaced due to not functioning properly as well as the iron board. We found out that there was no restaurant on the property because the floors were being repaired. With my husband’s disability, we were forced to walk to a restaurant along the beach and the food was terrible! The staff in general was not at all accommodating to our needs based on our situation. I would not recommend this hotel as an option in the Hollywood, Fl area!
