We have stayed at Leonardo twice waiting for cruises to come into Port so it is very convenient, however during both stays we were shoveled around to different rooms due to one problem or another. Old Thorns Hotel & Resort
Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot.

Harbour Hotel Southampton
Lovely decor and design, comfy beds. Very clean. Check in and staff generally need a little more polish to be considered truly 5 star. Room service dinner was nice apart from chunky chips with the fish and chips were hard.
