Los empleados del hotel son muy amables y tratan de solucionar todo lo que se les pregunta. En especial los encargados de la recepción son excelentes. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no poseen cajas de seguridad como tampoco placard. El ambiente del lobby es muy agradable. Está muy cercano a la terminal de cruceros.

When walking into the hotel, I used the rubbish bin outside, and as I turned around, hit my head on the low placed pedestrian sign on the hotels scaffolding and cut my forehead which caused it to bleed.

Sleek modern hotel in great central location

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. The hotel is very sleek and modern, but we almost walked by it as it is completely surrounded by scaffolding at the time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small. Grouting in shower could use some freshening up. It was very hot and there was an issue with the thermostat so the temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout. The location is very convenient: walking distance from train station, to cruise port (Horizon terminal) and very close to the Old Town and the main shopping mall. We would stay again.
