Great service and professional staff. Breakfast was great.

Very disappointed in this hotel , finding out they had no ac room was so warm , room no walls between bathroom and bedroom . Felt like a college dorm . Room was not cleaned well . Tried to check out after the first night manager had an answer for every issue . Only good thing was the breakfast and kitchen staff. Specially asked weeks before check in for a quiet room on a higher floor before checking in was given a room on a lower floor facing a busy street . Also no front desk after 1030 which i have never experienced. My friend got locked out of her room and we had to call a number for a security company . I would not stay here again

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern for our honeymoon trip. The staff were amazing and so very helpful, and even provided some special extras for our honeymoon, which really made us feel special. If we return to Bern, we will be absolutely staying again. Amazing hotel.
