The room was older but had been remodeled. very clean. Newer AC. We were on the first level so there was no place to sit outside which was disappointing but it was easy to get to. The WiFi was not good, signal was poor.

Great location, great room from a family of six, very clean, great amenities!

It’s a good margaritaville resort as far as Aesthetics . however we never got our body wash dispenser refilled the entire time of our stay, even though we asked repeatedly, we never had enough towels or washcloths, even though we asked repeatedly and had to keep going down and getting them. We never got complementary keurig coffee cups and creamer/sweetener to go with that. The pool was so overly crowded. It was terrible. We typically love every stay at any margaritaville however this stay def changed our opinions!! Staff were nice but never accommodated our needs.

When check-in time is listed at 4 pm, I anticipated checking in and going to my room. Room was not ready until 5. I received no directions for how to get to our room, resort map, or WiFi information. Stressful when traveling with small children. Parking lot was incredibly full and hard to find parking. Room was very clean and property was well maintained. We enjoyed the ice cream store they have on site.
