Rooms were so small. No place to hang anything if you are there for more then a week. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was terrible. Had to pay to park at a hotel I'm staying at.

If it's cooler than 22 degrees C outside they won't turn the AC on in the rooms, under the excuse of being a "green" hotel. If you have more that 1 people in that room it's too warm!!. Unless it's snowing outside, keep the AC ON!

The staff (from reception to housekeeping) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond - and were kind to upgrade my room and extend my check-out time (sign up for the Accor membership!). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very easy to walk to S-bahn through the Motorama mall. There are 2 huge supermarkets in the mall and 1 DM shop. It's also one direct train to the airport. Definitely my go-to hotel for my next trip to Munich!
