Lack of amenities.

For Timmins it is the safest hotel to stay at for sure. It is away from downtown and we felt very safe there compared to other hotels. It is also the newest hotel in Timmins. We got there half hour early, was able to check in early, hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. We went for a swim around 830 pm we had to pool all to ourselves it was very clean. Nice little gym there too. Breakfast was also very good has an omelette bar or make you fried eggs, waffle maker muffins fruit homefries was very good. We loved our stay we will definitely be back for you. Thank you so much for having us.

Booked a night in one of the rooms with a jet tub, when we went to use the tub, we discovered our room had no hot water. We filled the tub to see if it would still work with cold water, in an effort to try to make the best of it, and discovered the tub didn't work at all. The overhead exhaust fan did not work either, the fireplace did not work, no hot water for the shower either. there were loose hairs and finger nail clippings on the bathroom vanity as well. No staff with any sort of authority on scene that evening, We decided to just leave the hotel that night as it was not worth our stay. Staff thankfully provided a full refund the next day, however it was quite inconvenient that we had to return to the hotel the next day for a refund we had'nt even been guaranteed the night before. If you are going to charge so much for a room, a room with specific amenities, you really should do a better job at ensuring those amenities actually work.

La chambre est grande, toutefois la climatisation était un peu bruyante. C'est dans le centre-ville, alors il faut se déplacer un peu pour les restaurants, car ceux-ci sont dans de nouvelles constructions hors du centre-ville, ce qui est un peu moins pratique. Le stationnement est très autour de l'hôte. Le déjeuné est correct, mais c'était un peu froid pour un déjeuné chaud.

Beautiful rooms. Furniture a bit outdated but functional. The room we were in had a super soft bed so the manager gave us a different room with a much firmer bed. The breakfast bar is open 24/7 which is awesome. Great price.
