The location is excellent!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location - just a stroll across the road into the main Street of the old town. Staff were friendly, helpful and charming. We had a room with a terrace which was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was kept superbly clean by the cleaners - thank you! Bathroom very nicely done and the toiletries smelt amazing. Area and hotel were very quiet for sleeping peacefully at night. We ate in the bistro one evening and the food was excellent; great selection at breakfast, also. Could not fault this hotel, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. The star of the hotel, though, is the gentleman who oversees the property. He was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of his way to give recommendations, make reservations, and ensure the guests felt well taken care of. I will return on my next visit to Avignon.

What a beautiful and comfortable stay we had! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. It was hot in Avignon, so we appreciated the air conditioning. The common area included a lovely courtyard as well as a sitting area. We used that while waiting for our taxi the day we departed - Patrick held our luggage as well. We liked that this was in a quieter section of Avignon and not in the middle of the touristy area, yet, we were still within walking distance to the Popes Palace and the central square, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes. Patrick was extremely helpful making suggestions, not only for dinner but for the best stop for our train to Marseilles to get to the airport. He also arranged our taxi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely spot.
