What a terrible stay we had. Hotel is not very well maintained and managed. The entire hotel smelled musty. The elevator didn’t work well and at one time we were stuck for about 10 minutes in the elevator because out room card didn’t work in order to swipe. Internet was absolutely awful and we were near downtown. The breakfast they provided was embarrassing. For meat on two breakfasts was cooked sliced pepperoni. Desk staff need training as they don’t know how to deal with the public. Worst desk staff was the very rude female desk person. Saw her in action one night being very rude to potential customers when they walked in to get a room. We stayed there in previous years but never again.

Lack of amenities.

Ok quality but smell was bad..

Very very nice and clean property and room. The breakfast was different and a nice change from all other inlcuded breakfast. The omelet/egg bar was awsome. The only thing I would not really recommend is the restaurant. Very limited choices on menu. Quallity of the food was not there. I could understand that the staff/waitress was in training but service could have been much better. Everything was OVER price. Was not impressed.

Enjoyed one night with our adult kids and grandchildren. The young ones were so excited to see the wolves from our cabin as there was 5 little cubs that had recently been born. They enjoyed watching the whole pack play with the cubs.

Super clean facility, staff were personable, breakfast was good, close to grocery store/$shop, gas.

The location is very central. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all of the services provided with the room and ensure we got settled in. The rooms are great. We’ve stayed here 3x in the past year and we have never been disappointed. The suites are set up very conveniently. There is a television set up in the living area with a very comfortable sofa. The bedroom is behind a closing set of French doors and it has its own television. The complement breakfast area is open 24/7 which is fabulous as it accommodates your needs rather than their convenience. Very clean. We highly recommend.
