Excellent hotel, easy transportation to the city center.

Excellent service and breakfast. Eggs cooked to order!

Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

+ Clean, well located, comfortable mattress. - The Wi-Fi in my room (facing the inner courtyard) barely worked, If you’d like a sleep in beyond 7 am ,nearby church bells could make that difficult, even with earplugs.

Beautiful location. We stayed at the Kavalierhaus and the rooms could have used a little bit more upkeep, but overall great.

Grand hotel lives up to the billing, very chic and also very historical, room was very well put together- very clean with wonderful decorations, food at dinner and breakfast were best meals of our trip. Unlike rest of Dresden, the staff were kind and helpful.
