By far the worst check in experience I have had. I chose this place specifically because they advertised that there was parking available. When I arrive after a 12 hour drive, I find out that the parking they referred to is just street parking, where you need a specific app in order to pay. I obviously had a foreign SIM so was unable to download any apps. The woman I spoke to was also so rude. after driving around for almost an hour, I eventually had to leave and try and find somewhere with wifi to download the app. After all that, they wouldn't even accept UK licence plates. Honestly, such a nightmare, and not what you want at 9pm after a long day. Especially when I literally could have picked anywhere to stay... as long as there was parking available. Very misleading

Hotellet skiljer sig otroligt mycket från bilderna. Sängarna får inte plats i rummen utan står i garderoben, badrummen är nyrenoverade från 1970 med lösa sladdar som kommer ut från väggen och dassiga plastmattor, dörrhandtag som följer med handen när man stänger dörren, endast 2 tv kanaler som inte fungerade, brist på brandvarnare och släckutrustning i anslutning till rummen. Hotellet i sig var otroligt sunkigt och skulle behöva en piff, frukosten var helt okej men brist på färskt bröd, personalen var trevliga med att tillåta sen utcheckning utan extra kostnad men trotts att man satt upp stör ej skylten kom städerskorna in och väckte sovande gäster strax efter nio.

Bra boende med närhet till Söderköpings brunn och Smultronstället. Äldre standard i rum, toalett och dusch, men rent. Väldigt sköna sängar!

Perfect not to busy & in just the right location, breakfast is amazing, the staff very friendly & polite

We really loved the hotel (8yo and mama). The breakfast was awesome, there was unlimited coffee throughout the day, and the location is perfect (really close to a bunch of restaurants, stores, and public transport). Bonus was that checkout was at noon, much later than most hotels.

Great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Amir and Mattias in particular and Henrik in the spa. Nice sized rooms. Great location very central. Rooftop pool was cool. Could have more loungers at the pool and in the spa.
