"Lovely hotel"
Modern, very clean and centrally located. The rooms are very small, but that is what you would expect in Scandinavia. It would have been great for space to leave our suitcases open, but we were more happy to have a very clean room in a very expensive city

Motel L

Hammarby Alle 41, Stockholm - Map
"Great location, small but comfortable rooms."
Hotel L is a great hotel if you want to be close to public transportation, close to a grocery store, and in a nice neighbourhood. I'd definitely stay here again! It just has the basics, but is workable.

"Nice hotel, nice staff. close to everything"
Hotel was nice, the room nice, staff very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast was next door at a Chinese place. Me and my friend got ill two mornings in a row and we believe the breakfast was to be blamed. Perhaps it all was due to the apple and orange juice machine since the juices had a sort of funny taste to them, and we both had juice to drink every morning.

"Simple "
Simple and clean. If you're out the whole day sightseeing and you just need a clean room comfortable bed and clean bathroom, this is the place. The shared bathroom is not even an issue bcos there was no waiting at all. And they are clean. There is 1 shared bathroom for the whole floor but each bathroom has 4 cubicles with its own shower, toilet bowl and sink in it that has a door that you can lock. Then there's 2 extra sink there's 1 toilet room on each floor. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have breakfast. They have a sandwiches and hot tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the morning that you can purchase but there are also many bakeries/cafes outside that's within walking distance. The location is great as well.

This hotel was way more huge than expected, but very nice none the less. It is within a decent walk from all the things we wanted to see in the city. Very happy with the choice.

"Great location, fab room"
We booked a King Room and it was very spacious, great shower room, funky decor and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the hotel is in walking distance of everything you want to see in Stockholm. Only downside for us was the bar as the cocktails we had weren't great, having said that there are plenty of other great places to drink in the city!

"mysterious hotel"
The hotel is clean and stylish , my only consern is that there was never any staff ready to help . The receptionist was always hidden somewhere and you have to dial and call her when you arrive ... I thought receptionists are meant to " meet guests with a smile and great them ???"... Breakfast was really bad . And also , the reception area is a very noisy and overcrowded environment at night as it is used as a bar...

"Great hotel"
Overall it was a great experience staying here. It was tricky arriving by public transportation because we didn't know the right bus to take. However, once we learned the correct bus to take it was really easy! We visited Skansen and the Vasa museum on our second day and getting there by boat was so fast and easy. The boat terminal was steps outside the hotel. This hotel was clean and staff was really great. Would def stay again!

Stockholm is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Stockholm, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Stockholm hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
