"All about the location "
This is a prime location for so much. We were within 15 minutes walking distance of every important port, where all the boat tours leave from. And this hotel is literally right across the street from the Arlanda express train that takes you to and from the airport. The breakfast was great and had lots of options. The rooftop view was amazing as well. My only complaint was the room. It was clean, sure, but it was tiny. It had no windows. And it was always cold. I should note that this was in mid-July, not winter. So I thought maybe the air conditioning was just too strong. So I turned it off and set the thermostat to heat. But it didn't seem to be working. We called the front desk about it, but they said "No, it works. It just takes an hour to warm up." I'm not sure why a room a little larger than a walk-in closet would take an hour to warm up, but sure, we went with it. We turned the heat up to max, went to bed and by morning it was still cold. I still liked the place, but if I went back I'd at least make sure I got a better room.

We very mcih enjoyed our stay at the Story Hotel. Very well located boutique hotel experience. An absolutely delicious breakfast in the morning, with easy access to the sights of Stockholm. The hotel is tucked away off a busy shopping street, giving it a peaceful feel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again!

"Grand dame hotel centrally located."
The room was everything you would expect from a 5 star location....great linens, comfy slippers and oversized marble bathroom. Our concierge steered us to some great lunch and dinner venues and assisted us in picking the Mathias Dahlgren restaurant in hotel that would fit our tastes. We will be back!

Berns Hotel

Berzelii Park, Näckstroemsgatan 8, Stockholm - Map
This hotel is situated in a great location for sightseeing on foot. The restaurant is a truly impressive room and it's s real treat to eat (a very good) breakfast there. The staff are very helpful and good natured. My only criticism is that the room we stayed in, albeit very comfy, is a bit tired in terms of decoration and style; generally, excluding the restaurant, the rest of the hotels' interior felt rather dated and worn-out. For the price per night (we stayed in a deluxe room) I would have expected something more stylish.

Sundbybergs Torg 1, Sundbyberg - Map
Great location - 5 minutes away from the Metro station and from there you can reach the centre of Stockholm in 15-20 minutes. Also, Metro runs till late! A bit strange when you arrive because you have to call a number for reception staff to greet you. But, didn't have to wait long. Otherwise, decent rooms and decent breakfast in the mornings. There is also a good restaurant on site which serves burgers / fries etc.

"Lovely waterfront hotel"
Great location, with easy access to the city and ferries. Great to walk along the waterfront in the evenings during the summer. Very safe throughout. There are some really nice cafe's and restaurants along the front. A little expensive, but worth the experience.

"Stockholm hotel rival "
Clean hotel and about a 15-20 minute walk to old town. The food was good and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish we had AC in the room and the bathroom was poorly lit, along with a sink that was too small and always getting water splashed all over. There was a nice park accross the street.

"Great position in Stockholm, outstanding customer "
If we're in Stockholm again (and we hope we are its a beautiful city) we will certainly stay at the Nobis again. The hotel is in an old building but the refit as a hotel is excellent, it's very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is terrific, the Italian bistro very good, but most of all the front desk staff have been first rate. Stay here if you're coming to Stockholm.

"central location 15mins walk from Arlanda Express"
A perfect base to explore a fascinating city. I used this hotel on for a 3-day city-break. As a first-time visitor to Stockholm the location is ideal - it is only a 15min walk from the Central Station (for the Arlanda Express) & has a huge selection of Stockholm's most popular attractions within very easy reach. It also is right in the heart of the main shopping & restaurant district (Stureplan). The hotel is modern & chic, with fantastic staff & very comfortable, clean, quiet rooms.

Stockholm is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Stockholm, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Stockholm hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
