Terrible. Very disappointed with this stay. We dealt with disruptive noise every night and could barely sleep. I reported it to the front desk the first day, but management never followed up nor took action. At checkout, I was told I should have complained again—management should have addressed the issue instead of expecting guests to repeatedly chase them. I was also told they would charge me because their detergent could not remove makeup from the linens. Poor management, poor service, and unacceptable standards. The hotel is next door to a huge cemetery.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location - just a stroll across the road into the main Street of the old town. Staff were friendly, helpful and charming. We had a room with a terrace which was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was kept superbly clean by the cleaners - thank you! Bathroom very nicely done and the toiletries smelt amazing. Area and hotel were very quiet for sleeping peacefully at night. We ate in the bistro one evening and the food was excellent; great selection at breakfast, also. Could not fault this hotel, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Tout est impeccable!

The château was absolutely beautiful, the online photos truly don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property itself is expansive, with so much to explore. The food was also excellent, and the Michelin-starred dining experience was truly memorable, especially eating al fresco next to a château. The pool was another highlight and the perfect place to relax and escape the August heat. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would definitely return the next time I’m in Provence.

Always leery booking something in another country. Our 2 bedroom suit was great. Perfect location; great staff. Definitely recommend it.
