Eclectic Vacation Packages

I asked for a lower level room as I just had a stroke and I was told that nothing was available when over half of the place was empty and was told I had to take a 3rd floor room the room was partially cleaned last person left items in room that staff didn't remove I ended up just leaving and just took loss on other days paid for. Good luck staying here!!!

Not the best Holiday Inn & Suites that I have stayed at before. The staff was really great. The property needs maintenance. And the room had a bad smell. I am thinking it was the carpet. It needs to be replaced. There were other maintenance items that need addressing. The continental breakfast pancake machine was broke. Serving turkey sausage, really? With that being the only protein breakfast choice. Wasn't impressed. Again, I have stayed at MUCH better Holiday Inn & Suites before. If it wasn't for the staff I frankly would have rated the stay 1 star. I can't say I recommend staying here. I would opt for something better if I stay in Montgomery.

Woke up to a roach in the bathroom. The room smelled rough as well.
