Breakfast cold and late not what they said. Cleaning rooms above us late at night could here everything going on above us. People complaint there room was dirty and were told they don't clean the rooms unless someone is checking in them. So room was not ready. Will not stay here again

Facilities and room are not clean. TV continuously on when a guest arrives in a room and no instructions to shut the TV off is torturous. Front desk staff unable to help locate TV on off button - all these culminate into a terrible experience with this hotel
