Great property. We thought the pet area was really nice. We were helped by Mike Salazar and he was super helpful and friendly. The king suite is really large and very nice. The property was renovated a couple of years ago and is really set up well.

We had a single King-bed/ non-smokers room that was neat & clean; shower was hot; breakfast was adequate but nothing to go out of your way for! Well worth the sleep on the long-haul from Dallas, Tx., to Pagosa Springs, CO.!

The box dpring mattress was cresky and sagging in the middle, the bathrom sink is old and cracked, the front door had been broken in and was warped st the bottom left.
