Nothing I liked. It's old and run down. The staff tried to charge us extra for air conditioning in august!! The young lady at the front desk was rude! If it were not for my wife being handicap they were going to charge us! I booked online a 2 months in advance... no resturant in hotel except during winter. Prices for simple things is expensive.. would not recommend!!!

Wonderful stay. Had a amazing view. Super clean. Loved that we only had to bring food. Had all the pans and dishes there that we needed. It was a beautiful cabin. And our host was amazing!

Not much to improve on the hotel is excellent. Maybe offer an espresso or drip coffee maker with gourmet beans/grinds in the room instead of keurig

The property was stunning..beautiful,high end furnishings and full kitchen at the Residences Taos Ski Valley..close to activities, shopping and dining..and. Balcony with access to mountain air..pretty close to Heaven...

Considering that this an expensive ski town, the place is a wonderful choice with the sound of water flowing right around the hotel. No air conditioning is needed because of the excellent winds that can come through the window. But, some windows did not have insect screens in this hotel. Amenities are fine, but the rooms are generally small like some European hotels. Food is available in nearby places and there are shops nearby to get grocery items. The proximity to mountains is unbeatable. Staff were very friendly and provided great insight about the place and activities.
