The rooms were so dirty. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, trash and a random gummy bear in the ground which is dangerous because my child literally picked it up. They did not let us check in until 2.5 hours after check in time due to the rooms not being done cleaning yet the room was gross.

Be warned. $10 per night for parking in the middle of the desert? CASH GRAB Our outlets didn't work. Burn marks on the kleenex dispenser. Disappearing manager. Tried to find her four times to dispute a RIDICULOUS room charge and she was no where to be found. Another CASH grab. Oh, and they shame you if you book through EXPEDIA. There are WAY better places to stay in Roswell. Don't stay here.

Room was very clean and simple. AC worked great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern and brand new! They are also the size of a small apartment with a living room, kitchen, giant walk-in closet, pristine bathroom and bedroom. I needed to do laundry and the owner gave me detergent for free and told me that he doesn’t charge guests for laundry. The hotel is located in a very safe area of town across from a school and near a hospital. I will stay here again if we go through Roswell.
