We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.

Very helpful staff on reception!

I switched rooms to the presidential suite, and when our bags were moved, I remembered I had left a diabetes medication (an injection) in the refrigerator. I notified the front desk, but they told me they couldn't find it, and that was the end of the matter. It is regrettable that someone threw away a medication.

Very helpful staff

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very varied and nice with a large choice to suit all tastes. Our room had a very low bed and the wardrobe did not close. Overall I don’t think this hotel is a 4 star. The bathroom also needed some work as it was a little tired and the plug sockets were not properly fitted to the walls. Outside the pool area was nice but the pool needs to be cleaned and some of the loungers were broken.
