The room was NOT as advertised. And not just mildly different, it was not even remotely comparable! It was dirty. The doors were taped shut. The curtains were wet and falling off the window. The sofa was filthy and falling apart. We asked for a refund and were denied so we just left.

Clean room, but there was a marijuana scent in the hallway of my room that I smelled all night😓. The restaurant and bar were closed, probably because the lack of staff...seems to be the case everywhere these days😥.

The beds were clean and the staff were very nice. That’s all I can say positive about this property. The hot tub had a nasty thick ring around the top, the pool water was so cloudy there was no way to see the bottom, and the chemicals were so strong they were burning our eyes. The concrete around the pool was not clean and the ceiling vents needed to be cleaned. Most surfaces had some rust showing. The halls smelled heavily of a perfumed spray. The breakfast area was a mess the next morning with fruit flies around all the foods. Overall, I can say without a doubt that my family and I will not be staying there again.

Everything was as expected. Clean friendly decent location. Morning breakfast was decent as well.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. But could not accommodate breakfast well for the number of guest.

Front staff was super nice, got to room and was filthy, gummies all over floor, clothes in chair bed, hair on blankets, was put into another room and was even worse, trash on floor, packets of something all over floor, floors not vacuumed and more clothes in chair bed, toenails on floor by bed, went to breakfast and was treated very bad by employee, told front staff at checkout, took name and said would contact but I doubt it will happen , very bad experience, had 2 year old with us, could have been bad.
