We booked this room at the last minute as a stopover stay for a weekend away to go to Fryeburg Fair and do some leaf peeping in the mountains. It is a fair distance from Fryeburg, but we loved the secluded location it was in. We didn't realize that it included kitchen facilities as well. We didn't really need those for this trip but good to know for future reference. It would be a great place to stay for a longer period of time for hiking, snowmobiling, etc. Just know that the Aspen style room has a Murphy bed (double size) and a sofa bed. That worked fine for us, but if you are looking for queen or king size bed, this style of room does not have that.
There was a floor above our room that was extremely squeaky. It was okay the evening we arrived since the occupant stopped walking around at a decent hour, but they got up really early the next morning and started walking around. That woke us up earlier than we had planned. We mentioned it to the front desk staff and were told they plan to do some renovations to the property beginning in January 2016.

We'll always remember our New Year vacation in Comfort Inn.
First of all it's a very very gentle and kind staff. Everybody was so nice to us. Probably this hotel is not that fashionable and snob, but very warm and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, and the cleaners know their job.
And the fireplace in the lobby at a New Year Eve - what can be better!
Btw it's pretty close to Titcomb Mount - very cheap to ski, and ideal, if you're not a big professional.

I was delighted that I scheduled a reservation with the hotel, and I would happily recommend it to anyone, and I also plan to make future reservations there. It is a great place to stay in Kingfield, Maine.
Thanks to Dawn, who basically runs the hotel, was very accommodating, and I got the sense of feeling "right at home" during my stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, then this is the place to be.
The hotel is about a hundred years old (one can sense that from just the size and its design alone), and has on display artifacts, such as an old phones, and guestbooks, as well as what I personally considered rare paintings and such throughout the hallways and the room I stayed in.

The pool was warm and they also had a hot tub. The breakfast had plenty of choices and lots of seating. Room had free Wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of television stations. Staff was phenomenal and gave suggestions for dinner and shopping. Close to Freeport outlet shopping and L.L. Bean.

Best Western Plus Brunswick was a nice place to stay. It was centrally located for our visits to the Boothbay and Freeport areas as well. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The morning breakfast buffet was very good as well-offering both hot breakfast foods as well as muffins, pastries, fruit and yogurt.
