Although they are in the middle of renovations not once did it disturb our stay. The entire staff was amazing from check in to check out. Everything was clean and in great working order. Breakfast had a good variety, was well prepared, and delicious 😋. We were beyond satisfied with our stay and will definatly choose them again for.our next trip!! Thanks for a comfortable stay!!!

We were in town for a wedding. It was a beautiful hotel. Well maintained everything was perfect. It had a gym and a pool and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked amazing as it is getting warmer by the day. It was close to the wedding reception we went to, and we would totally stay again.

I have stayed in so many hotels and this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We debated just leaving but had nowhere else to go. The rooms were very worn and dated and very dirty. The front desk staff spoke limited english and that was a challenge. The on site restaurant was decent honestly but it was the only good thing. There is much to be fixed with this hotel

The room was clean and the bed comfy. Our only issue was with other guests. There was a truck parked directly outside our window, with its headlights on and music blaring for at least two hours - from 8-10pm. We called the front desk, but the music didn't stop until close to an hour after.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything was handled professionally. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I would love to visit again!” Also they upgraded my room that was so nice of them. Seemed okay at first..clean, etc, but no normal amenities such as fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Could not contact desk by room phone. Warmish water first night, cold the next day. Remotes for TV did not work. A/C worked ok. Beds comfortable. Dining area/breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Bottom line: Opened as a Clarion way too soon before fixing all that was wrong with it when it was a Ramada. No refunds (for cold water, etc) were offered.

The front-facing parts of the hotel present better than thenside entrance we were told to use, which was overgrown with weeds and looked like it belonged to a lower rated establishment. The carved wooden doors on all of the rooms we saw were lovely though and the lobby area was inviting. We enjoyed the over-sized restaurant for the included breakfast buffet, which was diverse. The restaurant looks like it would be a very lively place at night but we didn't eat there then. Our biggest complaint was the room. There were only two small pillows for a king-sized bed, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the toilet tank was refilling with water all night long. We were too tired at the end of a long day to complain and get moved so we dealt with it.

The room needs some updates. The shower head was not secure, no working vent for shower, the curtains need some maintenance and no sheer curtains. The rug needs a vacuum and carpet cleaner. The bed was good, seemed clean but only 2 pillows! One of the sensors on the ceiling was flashing green all night. Windows need to be cleaned, no smart TV, however internet did work good for computers/phones. The room door needed to be pulled shut almost like it didnt fit properly. The free breakfast was great, and had good hours 7am-11am. The staff was nice, especially the lady at breakfast. This place has real potential, it did just have a grand opening and they seem to be working on it. Look it up and give it a chance. Room rates were reasonable, location good and we went here because of a work obligation.

Looks nothing like the photos. Whole building is under construction. Sections on outside are bare plywood. Side entrance was tapped up, smelled of wet paint and construction materials and tools left out in hallway. Rooms were dirty, bathroom door handle was falling off and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Ended up leaving immediately and asked for a refund. Found a much nicer hotel to stay at for the night.

So I understand they’re under construction and I get that, but that doesn’t explain just how filthy the place is dark dingy just awful Hotels.com needs to start posting when some of these places are under construction like I chose it because I had a restaurant it was closed. It’s not even the same name anymore. I guess now it’s a Clarion or it’s gonna be a Clarion. It was a Clarion. I don’t know, but I do not recommend staying at this location at this current time maybe when it’s fully done, but I was very disappointed.

This was the worst 'hotel' experience we have ever had. This was the only place with vacancies since we were coming to watch a triathlon in nearby Augusta and everywhere else was filled. Just to double check our confirmation, I called on our way and the person at the desk was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. Upon arrival, the ONE suitcase cart available was totally broken, the upper metal rods fully lifting out of the base so that we ended up carrying our bags a long walk away to our disgusting room. The ancient rugs were dirty, some doors to rooms looked like the handles had been punched out and there were rooms that just had random junk in them. Our room smelled like it was just sprayed with a whole can of Glade. The sink is outside of the tiny bathroom which was dirty. The sheets are thin, polyester and we put our t-shirts over the pillows and wore hoodies and sweatpants in order to try to not touch anything. We were supposed to stay another night but there was NO WAY. Drove 7 hours home the next day. RUN AWAY

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The photos and description on Expedia did not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. The online images appear heavily edited or AI-generated and created expectations that were far from reality. Upon arrival, the property was poorly maintained, outdated, and not as advertised. The cleanliness, overall condition, and appearance did not match what was shown in the listing. I specifically chose this property based on the photos and description, and I felt misled by the significant difference between the advertised experience and the actual accommodations. I would not recommend this property to travelers who expect the accommodations to resemble what is shown online. Greater transparency and accurate photos would help future guests make informed decisions

The room was clean and comfy beds were like sleeping on a cloud and those pillows omg they are amazing id love to buy 4 of them if u tell me where to buy them lol Sunny and Gary the 2 men at the check in desk were so nice nd helpful. The food was a big yes on the buffet buy the night before I got lettuce wraps and they didnt give me the sauce so I had to walk all the way to the other end of thw 2nd floor then down the stairs then down another long hall to the restaurant.. got my sauce went all the way bk up to our room. Then pick up a lettuce leaf to make my wraps and the leafs were so small I could wrap them at all so I ended up cutting everything up D or a salad put the chicken n sauce on it to eat up.. not very happy w it but I fix it up myself.. and then the next morning we tried to take showers and the know came rt off and even after putting ir bk on we turned it and no water at all. So I went to the desk and they moved us to another room.. then there was a fire on thw 2nd floor and we were all evacuated.. we stood outside for an hr or more. So All in all Od give it a 4 just because there was no water and I had to go to the desk to get a remote for the TV....we would definately stay there again if needed..

This hotel was terrible. The images portrayed on the Expedia ad were not representative of the actual property in the state it is in. We were booked in a “platinum” room. The room smelled of must and cigarettes. The staff were limited to the two ladies at the check-in. They were under equipped to deal with everything that was going wrong. There was no toilet paper or towels. There wasn’t any hot water and water came out of the ceiling above the shower. Every garbage bin was full of beer bottles and cans. There was garbage all over the pool change room. When we addressed the staff about the dysfunction of the shower they were not able to respond. They were also not able to provide more toilet paper upon request. The breakfast was ok - a few things that became cold and weren’t replaced. Overall, I cannot begin to understand what happened to this hotel from the ratings it used to get but its current state is deplorable. It is not fit to stay in. My family felt ill in the morning and for part of the day after our departure. If you have allergies - avoid. I have never had an experience like this -ever. Please try to do better. You should be thankful to the young ladies at the desk because they are doing all they can.
