We arrived for our 6 night trip excited to spend time together as a family of 6 to our 2 bedroom unit. On arrival we felt the unit was a little small and felt dirty. The kitchen however was beautiful for a small unit and meet all our needs. Inside our unit we came across a few housekeeping and maintenace issues that the hotel resolved for us in a professional and timely manner. The hotel management took our comments seriously and took care of our needs. Things they could not fix but should be addressed is the furniture in the unit was very beat up. The dresser drawers in the queen room were broken and would not close smoothly. The coffee table had nicks and scuff marks all on it and looked like something from a thrift store. The view from the unit was beautiful and entertaining as we could see the lifts operate and skiers coming down from the mountain. The property shares amenities with one ski hill which is a short gondola ride away which meet our needs and expectations better then crystal peak's amenities did. We didn't mind saving money and staying at crystal peak and being able to use those amenities still. Overall crystal peak is a great property and a better location on peak 7 for for experienced skiers. I prefer peak 7 for the smaller base crowds, more advanced skiing (blue runs only) over any other peak in breckenridge. I do believe the hotel needs to step up their housekeeping and maintenance and the property will be more pleasing to "picky" people like me.

Checkin was a breeze, friendly staff, free valet was a plus, and shuttle service was prompt! Room was very nice with a spacious balcony~
Kitchen very nicely equipped. Our only small gripe would be the time it took to get hot water!!!!
Would definitely return!!!!!

Beautiful property and room. Loved the townhome - usually stay in condo. Next time would request upstairs room since ceiling was not sound proof. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the back porch that looked over forest - made many squirel friends. Can't wait to come back.

We came here last year for the first time. We liked it a lot and decided to stay at the same place this year but got a suite rather than a tiny condo. The suite is amazing, roomy, comfortable and plenty of space for all of us. We loved it very much and the kids absolutely loved the pool.

Super nice hotel with all updated amenities! Walk out to the gondola for a short ride to get you to the ski area. Rooms were spacious. Only real complaint is that housekeeping did not empty the trash in all areas of the condo and didn't bring new kitchen towels. All else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

This resort is located adjacent to keystone lake. There are some shops and and restaurants at the lodge/lake. We were there on the 4th of July weekend. The resort sponsored lots of events for adults and children. Plenty of food. Perfect. The lodge itself is showing its age but has been remodeled and kept up nicely. I almost forgot to mention the excellent fireworks show at the lake. I'll probably go back next year!
