Greg with Guest Services was so helpful and friendly on our arrival. He took bags to our room and made sure we were able get our car parked during a very busy check in window on Oktoberfest Fest weekend. Beautiful and quiet room.

My stay at the Tivoli Hotel was an absolute delight. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was crossing paths with the hotel’s original founder during my stay. She was so sweet, even offered to take pictures of me. Such a rare and memorable experience that added a personal touch of history. A charming hotel with genuine heart, I’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking both comfort and character. 💫😎😍

LOVED how walkable this property was to downtown Vail Village. I will say, they do not note that valet parking has a max capacity and is first come first serve. When we showed up, they told us that it might be too late to park at the property and that we'd have to park in Vail Village's overnight Parking Garage (pretty inconvenient). They should specify that the valet parking is only first come first serve. The front desk lady who checked us in was a little off putting as well, but otherwise its a beautiful place to stay.

Great Stopover

Tivoli Lodge is a stopover between Illinois and Telluride. Everyone’s so nice and helpful, the beds are deliciously comfortable and dinner in the village was excellent. We are stopping again on our way from Telluride to the Denver airport. Looking forward ti it!

Greg the parking coordinator was very inviting, hardworking and informing. Rest of the hotel staff was pitiful and lacking hospitality training and professionalism. The staff that cleaned our room left the coffee inoperable for use the following morning, left the tv on and inoperable for further use, they did not leave any smaller fascial towels in our room and they did not speak any english. The Sunday morning breakfast was not good with a sticky dirty table and we wished we would have gone to a restaurant instead.
