The staff were super friendly. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were soft. Location is right downtown Vail and we eaily walked everywhere. We were very happy with our stay in this hotel.

This was our second time staying at Tivoli Lodge, and it was wonderful as usual. Excellent customer service, very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and eager to accommodate. The place is beautiful, love that they are dog friendly. We even brought a toy for Racer ( chocolate lab 3 rd generation) the lodge official greeter. Got a chance to chat with Diane the lodge owner, always a pleasure. We will be there again next October! ❤️

Great service, beautiful location, a block from Vail Village. Great restaurants within walking distance. Greg was great in coordinating whatever needs to be done. We even met the lovely builder and owner of the Tivoli. She was charming, and we let her know how great her staff is. I left several items of clothing on hangers in the closet. We went to another place in vail and two days later i realized that i hasn't packed them. I called the Tivoli and they had them! We picked them up right away and ran into Diane again as we were leaving. Please support the Tivoli as one of the only two family run hotels in Vail.
