I disliked the fact that the pool was not useable. 8:30am - 11am.. I never got a chance to use it.. they had the door chained because they were cleaning it! Even though I asked at 9:10 am how long it would take. I was told to give it another 20 minutes.. nope People in nearby room were having a party, their outer door was open. Drinking & loud voices. Staff was polite and courteous.. location from the airport/freeway/nearby food was key in my selecting this hotel. Cleanliness and price was my second criteria.

A so so hotel given that it is a Ramada

This was a trip to get us from one place to another. The room was a bit dated with some renovation done in some areas. Some of the lights didn’t work or there were no switches to turn them on/off. The pillows were uncomfortable and for a king size bed the pillows were too small. Otherwise the room was clean. It is a noisy hotel. Kids were running the halls late at night screaming. For the rate given for being a first responder it was okay but I wouldn’t want to pay more.

When we arrived, the front desk clerk was not very communicative & barely spoke. Then, the room smelled like pee. The front desk asked about a dog & we didn't have one. Later, we realized someone before us must have had a dog, as there were nose prints & paw prints on the sliding glass door. Must have had a dog pee in the room with little clean up.

Weather was smoky. But not your fault. House Keepig Staff was Top notch. Needed quaters for the washing macine, they gave me change. We only had bills. Breakfast was great too. Very clean and plenty.Front desk staff was very helpful and informitive.
