This hotel is severely outdated. It appears to be a Hyatt that took over some type of prior inn and suites. Popcorn ceilings, sofas with stains, and a portion of the bathroom being a part of the bedroom area/on top of carpet are just a few of the issues. The shower had not been cleaned well; there were still hairs from a prior guest all over the floor. I would look into a cleaner and more recently renovated property in this area.

poor management

The dates I entered were not available and didn't notice it automatically changed the dates for the following day. I tried calling the hotel and no one answered. I was trying to let them know that I was arriving that night but entered the wrong date if I could go ahead and cancel since there were no rooms available. I couldn't get ahold of anyone. since I booked under a 3rd party I reached out to them to cancel which they tried reaching out and could not get a answer from the hotel. Now 2 weeks later the third party reached out and said the hotel finally got back to them and refused refund. I have stayed here many times but the management that they have running this place now are not very good.

Went to Albuquerque for a concert. Have stayed at Hyatt Place many times. The cleanliness of everything from the elevators to the bathroom in the room could have been better. The service was very good. Breakfast was meh. Overall dated could use some tlc, but the workers make up for it.

My family and I book a room in this hotel because it is close to the airport. We have two babies in need of travel cribs and I communicated that with them ahead of time. When we checked in, I was happy to hear that they already brought the two cribs in our room. However, when my husband set them up we found that one of them was broken. It wasn’t a big deal until we asked for another one and it turned out to also be broken. They did not have any other cribs. At this point we were all so tired, it was late, and we just wanted to sleep so we just made do with it, but it was disappointing. They didn’t have crib sheets so we asked for extra sheets to use on the cribs. The room itself was pretty clean and nice. If it weren’t for the cribs situation we would have had a better experience. Parking is not free so that’s also annoying.
