Fantastic experience

I stayed here as a halfway point from South Carolina to Texas. Hotel was fantastic! Very clean place and very secure and safe. Staff overall was very helpful and friendly. Will defiantly be staying here again!

First, the room should come with a refrigerator which had to rent. Second, while taking a shower the water stays in the tub until you finish your shower. Third, the tv is mounted on the wall not allowing a clear view to see from all angles.

It is a long way and a maze from the parking lot to checkin. None of the plugs, wall or lamps or bathroom worked. Only a gang box on the dresser.

Just meh....

So nothing was horrible about my stay. But there were a bunch of little things that added up. First off, everything besides the room itself feels outdated and stinks of cigarette smoke. Onsite restaurant options are limited (apparently the new Sports betting area is more important than eating). Then room had no mini-fridge (which is a bigger issue than normal due to lack of onsite food). And to top it all off... I was charged $16 for a "resort fee"?! What kind of "resort" doesn't have eating options or fridges in the rooms? Given the price (and lack of amenities) I will definitely be looking elsewhere next time I'm in the Biloxi area.

The room wasnt clean. The bathroom wasnt clran. We found pubic hair in the shower.the shower door wasnt clean. There wasnt any trash bags in the trash can.. the floors were dirty. We made the best of it but will not stay there again. Pubic hair was found on the pillows.
