No valets for luggage or parking. Handicapped assessable was a joke. Parking, if available, was close to the door on the hotel side. Luggage carts were scarce, only saw two in three days. Long walk, if walking is difficult, from the parking elevator to the elevator for the rooms. No direct elevator for safety I was told. Room did not have a refer but a space for one. We had a view of the private docks below which was cool. Down escalator was down the entire time and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Room was clean and comfortable. The casino had a lot of variety but the machines ran cold. We didn't witness any jackpots. We are going elsewhere next time.

Rooms old and out of date! Dirty…. Offered no help when called to explained about the room. Later sent a cleaning lady once I left and stated there were no other available rooms. Terrible experience ever!!

"Hotel's" website said M/W available. The property said they don't offer microwaves. There was very little space to put toiletries and few hooks to hang towels.

Liked everything except had a TERRIBLE experience at the on site BUBBA GUMPS. Horrible, overpriced food, rude manager, poor service. Oh - and the fridge had been removed from the room, not replaced? Empty cabinet and ext cord where it was supposed to be.
