The stay was okay. I was expecting a little more. The rooms are outdated but was told that renovations for the future are in the works. I had a bit of a hiccup at check in but was resolved quickly. An event was going on in the area so people were blocking the front doors taking pictures. These were minor inconveniences so I would stay in the future .

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. It was fun to stay in different type of hotel vs the norm. I wish that there was more cups in rooms. There is only two paper coffee cups in rooms. No cups for drinking water etc. Pool was nice, rooms clean beautiful.

We liked our stay it was nice and felt comfortable. When we arrived there was a wedding going on and we couldn't get into the parking lot so we waited. Then we waited to get checked in because the wedding took over the entire lobby. Staff was great and apologized, we understood. Our room looked clean but there wasn't a sheet on the bed for some reason, so we had to strip the bed and remake it ourselves at 10pm. There were some dirt and trash under the bed but not a huge deal. Honestly our only complaint is the light that comes through the windows and the tv being stuck on dark mode, haha.

Property description a bit deceptive. Our check in reception was luke warm. The room was shockingly small. The place smelled of mildew. Our bathroom vent fan rattled. The wi-fi was nonexistent. Cell phones do not get reception inside the property. The compliment coffee shuts down at 9am and there is no complimentary coffee on Sundays. And on top of it all, the place is expensive relative to comparable properties. Spend the money and stay at the Beaux Rivage or Hard Rock Casino.

The older part of the hotel rooms needs updating. It’s old , very used & shabby w/poor lighting. The staff was great!!! I will be glad when they open the restaurant back up AND the new addition.

The hotel was nice. We had a problem with the A/C thermostat, and it got really cold, and there was a very thin blanket on the bed and no extras in the room. Other than that the place was great.
