Awesome hotel!!

We stayed at the Kempinski and it was simply perfect! The hotel is stunning, the room was excellent, the location couldn’t be better, and the breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. Everything about the stay was top-notch and exceeded expectations. The only downside – the pillows. They were really uncomfortable and left us with terrible back pain. Other than that, the experience was absolutely amazing.

Staff were unfriendly and the general service was significantly lacking. In my opinion, this is a mediocre 5* hotel and certainly nothing special. The bed was also very uncomfortable.
