First room shabby with no control of heat. Second room fabulous and graciously provided. Construction of square in front was not bothersome with rooms on backside of building. Nice restaurant and music downstairs. Old charm...

The hotel is one of the best hotel in the city. The location is pretty close to the most attractive spots of the city such as "The Grand Palace", shops and boutiques. I highly recommend this hotel which is instead of its location, the hotel offers you good services and advice you on the map the most popular and attractive spots you must visit. Breakfast is good and restaurant is perfect.

Great hotel in EU Commission. Rooms are quiet & hip. The location is great & close to the metro with easy access to major sites. There is also a bar, snack shop & lounge in the lobby. Also, there are computers & printers in the lobby to complete your business needs. Hotel is in walking distance to many cafes, bars & restaurants.

Loved the decor of this hotel. The reception, bar area etc is quirky and has a lovely lounge area, pool table, video games, books, bar and restaurant. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and spoke English superbly. The room had the most comfortable bed ever and supplied every necessity needed. Location is 5 mins walk from a metro and 15 mins walk to the centre of the town. Will be trying get to locate a Pentahotel at all of my future travels.

Location next to train station makes it easy to get to from the airport train. Very nice room with king size bed and corner sofa. Toilet and shower/sink were in separate rooms. Was asked at check in if I wanted a room with a view for an extra €15 per night, which I declined so got a room facing inwards to opposite rooms. Breakfast is €26 per day which is far too expensive and room service was also pricey. Very quiet room I had on top floor . Had to ring down to room service to borrow a bottle opener and was at first told I would have to go down and get it myself (presumably with the bottle as well) . After ringing reception desk though they got room service to bring it up five minutes later, only a small hitch but it shouldn't happen in this class of hotel. Overall very nice hotel and I would stay there again .
