"Great location and staff"
The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were superb. Also the location were prime. Only complaint was the construction outside of the hotel.

"Very Luxurious "
We walked to the hotel from the train station (which is actually quite hilly) and were very surprised by how luxurious and fancy the hotel was when we arrived. The lobby is beautiful, the staff were helpful, the room was amazing, and the facilities were incredible. SUPERB value for money (it was actually cheaper than our room in Amsterdam). My only criticism was the city tax was quite high (25 euros) and there was a 100 euro deposit that had to be paid on arrival that we were not made aware of by Expedia - whilst we could pay this, it would have been nice to be warned!

"Nice Hotel"
Nice hotel and very comfortable. The only downside for me is just that I prefer modern decor to victorian decor. The lobby and reception areas were modern however the rooms we stayed in were victorian so wasn't too impressed. Also, the rooms had dark layouts and didn't have much lighting so it was mostly dark inside even when the sun was out. The rooms were small as well, however the bed was very comfy. Also, the Air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly and it was only until the second day of reporting it that staff sorted it out so I guess there was some miscommunication amongst their staff. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

"Lovely hotel, staff & great central position"
Two of us arrived in the morning but we were aware checkin was at 2pm. Our luggage was stored safely in a lockup store room for us without problem and we went off to look around the local area and have a spot of lunch. On checkin, reception staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was clean. Bathroom looked recently decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast service was busy and swiftly handled with numerous smartly dressed staff renewing tables constantly. Food buffet was well presented and refreshed regularly. The only thing I could really fault was that on one occasion the bar was deserted with no staff about for service but this could just be bad timing on our part. Security is good and on the whole this hotel was a pleasure to stay at and a stones throw away from the Mannekin Pis, Old town sights and surrounding eateries and shopping areas. Would gladly visit again.

"lovely hotel in nice area not far from Grand Place"
overall very happy with the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay.Extremely pleasant and helpful reception staff, who often went beyond the call of duty.Did not try the breakfast as it would cost us as a family of five €150 per day which is expensive. the hotel has nice touches such as free smoothies in the reception, bowls of fruit and umbrellas to borrow for a rainy day. the hotel has an underground car park (chargeable) which is a great asset if you have a car. The only slight negative is that occassionally the quality of the cleaning of the room wasn't always consistent e.g. once the floor wasn't vacuumed, another time mugs and cutlery replacements were forgotten. also the TVs were unreliable, however the staff kindly allowed us to upgrade the room (although one of the TVs in the second room also didn't work!). my understanding is that they were installing a new software system in the TVs so teething issues are understandable. the coffee machine didn't initially work but this was soon fixed. We will definitely stay there again.

Brussels is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Brussels, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Brussels hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
