This is a very nice hotel in a good location that met all of our needs. It’s about a 20 minute walk from most of the downtown attractions and about 25 minutes to the main train station.

Reception was very welcoming. Room was very luxurious with even a spa, which is not in all rooms though. Well laid out and excellent choice for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the tube station and also the main tourist area, the grand place. A few convenience stores nearby too. Would highly recommend this.

I stay at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie almost 4-5x a year, and it is a great, comfortable stay each time! I stay for almost a week every visit and the staff are very hospitable. Would recommend without hesitation!

the hotel is walking distance 35 mins from the Brussels center, so we take public transportation like tram, bus and metro for the connection to other places. the hotel is not new but big rooms, clean as it is. the lighting does not bright enough with table lamps. the staff is helpful for changing the bulb as the hanging lamp did not work. parking security is high, need to use the ticket to get in and out.

This was a larger hotel and was fine for the night we spent there. It was in an interesting neighborhood that had some high end shopping but was really close to some sketchier areas as well. We had to walk fairly long distances to get to most of the popular sights. Overall it was fine and I don't have anything bad to say about it. The finishes were also odd and pretty dated.
