The hotel is one of the best hotel in the city. The location is pretty close to the most attractive spots of the city such as "The Grand Palace", shops and boutiques. I highly recommend this hotel which is instead of its location, the hotel offers you good services and advice you on the map the most popular and attractive spots you must visit. Breakfast is good and restaurant is perfect.

Very nice stay...a little bit too far outside of historic Bruges to walk...especially after blonde beers, but a nice hotel with friendly staff. A modern hotel, not glitzy but nice. There is a bus not far which the staff told me about, that stops near the historic square and ends at the train station, which was perfect when I left, only 3 euro. Obviously, you can take the bus, the no. 3 to get to the hotel, ask to get off at Templehof. Use google maps to walk to the hotel, 5 - 10 mins, or get a taxi first time. In the evening I used taxis which cost 10 euro. The bed was very comfy and there was a change of towels each day...more than I needed. I had dinner in the hotel one evening, buffet style 3 courses it was tasty and cost 30 euro. If I return to Bruges I will stay there again.

"Good hotel central for business use or a short bre"
Overall the facilities were very good We stayed in a club room and a room safe would have been useful Clearing of breakfast tables in club lounge could improve as we had to wait for a table to be cleared and most of the tables were in the same state
The evening d'oeuvres and wines were very good as was the service by a young lady trainee doing her degree secondment
Overall an enjoyable stay

Hotel was in a great location opposite the beautiful central station. Facilities offered seemed great although we didn't use the pool etc.
Staff were all friendly, only slight issue was that we didn't have any coffee sachets with our drinks. We reported it to a receptionist twice and nothing was done to replenish it (the receptionist was a trainee so we will give her the benefit of doubt).
We didn't follow up the complaint as we managed to take some coffee sachets from the cleaning trolley on our second day.
