Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale
It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge.

Front desk staff was super nice. Entire property smelled like marijuana and other unique smells. Bathroom was just dirty. Handles falling off. Definitely did not look like the photos.

The property can use some deep cleaning, lobby area seemed dirty, did not enjoy seating there. Room - had to put a sheet over the sofa as you can tell it has not been washed in awhile, A/C unit is loud and can't get it under 68 as AC unit freezes. So warm room indeed.
