Stay there when I fly out of XNA. Very close/convenient to said airport. Clean and cost efficient. Rarely use the amenities as it is usually late in and early out. They do offer $5 a day parking and shuttle to the airport, I do not use this as I prefer covered parking at the airport but it would be a cost effective solution for some travelers

Location was perfect, and even being close to the airport, the noise was minimal. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked every day while we were there to visit family.

The good: Staff was very friendly. And the room was spacious. The bad: Unfortunately, our bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Also, the shower wouldn't stay at an appropriate temperature. It was either warm or too hot. The breakfast was only available from 4 a.m. to 9 a.m.

There was a strong musty smell in the hotel and the room. The heat fan ran continuously, never shut off so when it was up to temperature, it blew cold air instead of shutting off. Mattresses felt old, dent in middle, and a little too firm. Room was dated. 4 am breakfast was great! Delicious and fresh hot breakfast! Shuttle was awesome. Very friendly staff.

Before arriving I had sent an email to whoever the Manager was (a Ms Brigette?) expressing my concerns about my future visit.. So that when I arrived there were NO Deal Breakers & NO Big Issues?? I loved that my room was clean with Fresh linens & NO Insects!!! Also loved the wonderful Breakfasts & the ALL Day Coffee!! Several staff were really Kind & went out of their way to make my stay comfortable like: Breakfast Dept's June & Front Desk Dept's really Kind pregnant lady with black hair & Mr Dillon & Ms Candace & the Hispanic Guy in House Keeping Dept -Thank You Guys for a Peaceful & Relaxing stay!!!
