Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great.

Breakfast was perfect, breakfast staff are SO nice!! There was a cute breakfast staff male that was so helpful and so cordial! Loved the hotel and pool!! Pool lady was amazing, she even gave us extra time in there! This was our second stay there and we LOVE it!!

The staff was super nice! Made fresh popcorn on the spot for my boys! The hotel is updated as well as the rooms, clean, neat. They offer coffee and cold drinks throughout the day! Would highly recommend and anytime I need to travel to Buffalo, this will be my go to.

The continental American style breakfast was better than expected. The front desk person was not particularly friendly. The room was very clean. The walk-in shower needed another grab bar. The sink area was cramped.
