Room was great until we were leaving for breakfast and saw a cockroach crawling on the door inside the room. We took photos and video of this and told the front desk. They acted shocked and said they didnt know what to do. they offered me a new room but we were already checking out. I dont think we will ever stay there again.

The fitted sheet was full of small black hair the linens were not changed they looked used and slept in, the carpet was filthy and sticky and stained the maintenance man said he had not gotten to cleaning the 3rd floor, the shower head was broken which the maintenance man fixed, the room was gross

Big, clean, comfortable room and bed. Had all of the amenities we needed and went a step above other Hamptons with an additional bottle of soap at the sink. We were so happy to see hooks on the wall and extra hooks in the bathroom. We asked Dan, the registration clerk, for a restaurant recommendation. Lebro’s Italian restaurant was his response and it was delicious, reasonably priced, with excellent service. Dan also gave us some good sightseeing tips and thanks to him, we had a great visit to Buffalo!

they overbooked and ran out of waffle mix and other food. you knew that you booked a full house and you should have bought food to accompany the amount of people. kids were running up and down the halls after 10pm,knocking on others doors, very loud and disturbing our quiet time. Once I reported it, they did take care of it.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel is very cleaned and quite. The breakfast setup was very nice with a lot of choices to pick from and dining area was cleaned as well. Parking lot was well lighted, so I felt safe.

Nice selection of fruit, cereal, protein, etc. The staff kept the service refreshed. There were a couple of off to the side tables where you could make calls, check emails, etc without disturbing other guests. Friendly check in staff. Guest laundry clean, convenient, inexpensive.
