Buffalo Airport Hotel
Very dated, the bathroom door looked water damaged and was splintered. The bathtub was very stained but still clean. My door lock broke and I was unable to access my room for an hour. Having said that, the front desk, cleaning staff and maintenance were very good.

Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport
Was a group on our floor that was partying and yelling a screaming until at least 0330. We had to get up at 0430 for a procedure at the hospital and didn’t get hardly any sleep. Not acceptable. I’m reluctant to stay again if this type of activity is happening.

Cleanliness of room and bed is bare minimum but this hotel lacks it. Just after check in found hair on sheet asked for room change. No room available, hence cleaned up myself assuming they will change it next morning but nothing was done. Stayed for 2 nights and it was really bad.

When you come off the elevator you will notice the wallpaper pulling up in the hallway and the lack of trim between the wall and floor. The room is clean but very basic. The hotel itself is nice and the front desk employee was courteous. I’m sure if we hadn’t found 3 different large blood stains down the side of the bed and the carpet wasn’t damp we might have better things to say. We’d go again but we’ll inspect the room first before going to sleep.
