Slow or not working elevators AC struggled !

The hotel was fine but the damn elevators !!! They were either not working or SLOW AS HECK !!! AC didn’t do the best job but I managed. I would stay there again!

It has not been updated in a long time. The carpets make you feel like you shouldn't walk barefoot on them. The bathtub and sink were deteriorating. If we hadn't checked in after a long day at almost 9pm, I would have canceled and went down the street. For the price, just upgrade and pay a few extra bucks for the Hampton Inn right down the street. Staff was kind and helpful. Hit us with a $250 hold at check-in for a damage deposit, but upon going to the room that was laughable.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I had made a mistake. The front desk staff looked annoyed that I even showed up. Check-in took forever, and they gave me the wrong room key — twice. When I finally got into my room, it was a disaster. The sheets were stained, there was a funky smell coming from the bathroom, and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train. I called the front desk to report it, and they said someone would be up “shortly.” No one ever came. Also did not have the room I ordered.

I couldn’t stay. The room reeked of old cigarettes. The bed had bed bugs and I have the bites to prove it. This place needs to close permanently. I lasted less than two hours in that place — and that was too long. I’m out the $200 I paid for it. Do not stay here. There are nicer options just down the road.

I'm giving two stars just because of the Indian receptionist, who tried to alleviate all the inconveniences I had within the limitations that he clearly also had. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I had two nights booked, and on the first day, I was left without AC in my suite from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (practically my first entire stay), even though I personally requested it twice (since there were two phones in the room, one no one answered, and the other didn't even work) for someone to check the problem. In the same room where the AC didn't work (room 702, don't book!), the mini-fridge didn't work either, and neither did one of the bedside lights. The suite's towels were visibly old and smelled strongly of bleach. Disgusting! The bed linens are disgusting and old, with a strong smell. I didn't have the courage to use the bath towels. The breakfast was good, with stale frozen bagels and few options. The local pool's water is cloudy and disgusting. The entire hotel smells stale and damp. To top it all off, today, July 29, 2025, on my second and last day of my stay, the elevator stopped working. Huge lines at reception for check-in and check-out. They don't answer the room phone. Don't expect to find the same hotel as the photos on the website, they don't reflect reality, which is disappointing. I'll never return to this hotel and hope the Indian employee finds a better job. I'm still waiting for a response from the office manager regarding the refund for my stay.

This hotel was very nice! My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay! Being such a big building with lots of windows. The upper floors get pretty warm and the A/C takes a while to cool it down. It was manageable. Still felt great after a long hot day. We weren’t bothered when our do not disturb sign was up. But our room was refreshed when the sign was taken down when we left for the day! The bed was very comfortable, along with a soft comforter! The breakfast that was included in our stay was very yummy. The staff was sure to make sure everything was fresh and full.

This hotel was gross. Mold in the bathroom, broken fixtures, the bed (which is NOT a Queen as advertised) had stains, and the carpet was disgusting. Not to mention the walls are paper thin, and the cleaning guy walked into our room unannounced way before our check out time. If you're looking for a hotel in the Buffalo area, keep looking.
