I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The hotel itself is simple but well maintained, and it offers good value for money. Overall, a solid choice if you’re visiting Dresden and looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.

A nice, comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to old Dresden on one side and the hip Alaunstrasse district the other way.

Beautiful property and room (we were in the main building) with A/C. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Great experience! Parking is limited - there are a few spots along the drive up to the hotel; otherwise, I was told there was a bigger spot but it was a bit of a walk. The room key is attached to a HEAVY weight, which is hard to carry in your pocket. I was told you could leave it at the desk daily. Another note, the elevator is down 3 steps so that could be a problem for some. Overall, we loved this castle-like hotel overlooking the river with beautiful sunsets!

This hotel is very conveniently located and the room I stayed in was generously large. Best of all was the very welcome aircon in the rooms during the hot weather

The hotel is located close to historic portion of the city and major shopping areas. However, the area itself is very quiet, not a lot of happeninng around. The heart of the city is located across the river in the hipster area that also has more authentic restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean, but bathroom is small comparing to the size of the room. Waiting staff at the brekfast restaurant is not helpful, most of them will not stop by to assist you. Finally, beware of the so called "coupons" that you are given if you skip the room cleaning during your stay. They entitle you to bare minimum.
