Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

The hotel is decent but it really is just a step above a hostel. Young people lying around on the floors catching wifi in the hallways. Staff are nice enough but there aren’t many . If you want to sleep even a little bit Don’t Go Here. Matthew street has blaring music from noon until 330am. They actually put earplugs in your room to help with the noise. Not my cup of tea. Will never go back.

The staff was very helpful but thought the price was very high as I only paid £ 57 for a night in a 4 star hotel with sea view on the Thursday week before as it was a last minute booking like this was I didn’t realise it was above a pub and with an awful view out the window and the pillow gave me neck ache but staff changed it no bother very helpful I lee

The staff here are fabulous! Anyone wanting to be close to an event at the stadium...this place is ideal. David and the girls were so helpful, friendly and hardworking. No breakfast available on site would be my only gripe if I were to have one, but it didn't make a big difference to us, as it was easy to get food sorted locally anyway. We would definitely recommend to other visitors and stay again ourselves. Very grateful for our lovely weekend stay.
