The location is great. It’s easy to walk into the city centre. However, there was no free parking available. The road is busy and there wasn’t a parking space throughout our stay. The room was clean but the window wouldn’t shut properly and the blind was obviously broken and I really struggled to get it closed (it just needs replacing), There was also a drainage problem with the sink so cleaning teeth and washing wasn’t great.

this is my fourth stay - the best place to stay in Liverpool. The team are all super kind and fantastic. They go the extra mile.

Fantastic stay at The Bold Hotel in Southport, we had booked a deluxe room & was a large room, large comfortable bed. Breakfast was so good, I had Egg & Bacon Benedict, the sauce amazing. My partner had full breakfast , there was cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, definitely worth the money. Staff really looked after us, fantastic service. Receptionists were very welcoming.

A really great stay. Great location, great apartment, comfy bed and really excellent check in process. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool.

Will definately go back if visiting St Helens or surrounding Merseyside. Great location near St Helens Central train station. Perfect for trip's into Liverpool, Southport or Manchester. Amazing value & good quality food & drinks served all day. Great sized double rooms with Large App managed TV's, large comfy beds, bottled water, tea & coffee, towels etc provided. Decor excellent. The rooms are well sound proof with minimal sound heard from a lively bar downstairs.
