Conveniently located near food and shopping. Comfortable spacious room at far less cost than Sedona area properties. Free parking, wifi. Refrigerator and microwave in room. I will stay there again when I return to the area.

Everything was perfect! However, the desk staff could use a few lessons in friendliness to customers! The rooms were clean, and plenty of towels and toilet paper, and the kleenix holder was full. Location is really convenient. Overall an excellent experience!

We only stayed one night here as an alternative to super expensive Sedona or Jerome and we were pleasantly surprised. It has a great location right in the historic downtown, the courtyard was attractive and our room was newly renovated, very clean, and charmingly decorated. The only "complaints" I have were that the (newly renovated and very pretty) bathroom was TINY and that the stairs to the upstairs room we were given were steep and many, causing my mother trouble ascending and descending and forcing us to ask for help with our luggage. Neither of these is a deal-breaker, but might be useful to others.

They upgraded us to a VIP cottage for a small issue with our first cottage, which was not necessary. But we enjoy our "mini condo". Everything was clean and modern in the cottage. The kids loved all the resort's amenities and the laundry was cheap. Other guests were nice and helpful as well.

Cottonwood stays true to its Old West roots. This legacy is on display at the Blazin’ M Ranch, a tourist village that recreates the Western experience, including chuck wagon meals. Frontier facades line Old Town Cottonwood’s main street shops and restaurants. North of Cottonwood, the former mining town of Jerome has new lifeblood: tourism. Its days of copper, silver, and gold are mere lore today.
