Highway side of building was overall quiet; but coworker was on the backside of property, businesses behind hotel started making tons of noise at 230 am waking him up and keeping him up. Also, both of us had ACs that didn't cool like they said they were. Overall; hotel is in nice condition and very friendly staff, but location requires some work to perimeter walls to knock down sound.

First room smelled awful like dirty stinky feet moved me to a second room that smelled a little better still can smell dirty feet smell and the shower was one of the worst. I’ve experienced the water pressure was the lowest it took forever to rinse off because there was hardly any water coming out Brought it up to management. They did not seem to care. Nothing was done about it. I don’t understand the lack of care in motels/hotels.

Springhill Suites Cottonwood

We had a lovely time in Cottonwood and staying at the SpringHill Suites made our six nights extra enjoyable! We originally planned only a four night stay, but we felt so comfortable we extended our stay by two extra nights. The staff was extra friendly, caring, and wanting to go the extra mile. Beautiful rooms, nice clean modern facility!

Excellent Experience

My husband and I stayed the night here to stay close to our outdoor activities in Sedona. The location of the hotel is quiet and safe. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly. The room was up clean, updates, and comfortable. The TV greeted us with our names which is a nice personalized touch. The next morning we enjoyed the breakfast provided which has a variety of options. We plan on coming back!

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t bad, your standard free hotel breakfast. The pillows weren’t the best. The people who stayed above us were loud and woke me up but that wasn’t a hotel issue
