The location is great, the staff is so nice and attentive, the food is good and the rooms are cozy and clean. It has beautiful views all around plus it's walking distance from airport vortex.

We stayed in a ground floor room. The room above us was occupied by very noisy people. The sounds of foot steps back and forth went on for hours in the evening and the again starting at 3:50am. This was way beyond normal walking around. Maybe there were kids in the room. I don’t know. I complained to the office in the evening. They told me they were booked and could not move us. The girl at the desk told me they kept carpeting in the rooms to help curtail the noise so to me I believe they knew that this was an issue. They said they would speak to the people above us. If in fact they did, it did not make a difference. I do not recommend anyone staying there. This was an expensive night’s stay and incredibly disappointing. Please know that I have never written a negative review before this one.
