Embassy Suites' hidden cost for parking was a surprise; I wasn't expecting that. I don't mind paying for things that are disclosed, but when they surprise you at check-in, not cool, not professional. Because of this we will not be staying there again.

The Clyde Hotel
Our stay was great with only a minor inconvenience, the WiFi did not work and when I asked front desk for assistance there was little to no help at all. Issue was never resolved, front desk agent said she would reach out to 24hr support but we never heard back. Our room phone did not work also
