Nothing is unique about the property. The reception is is very rude I’m handicap. She didn’t have a handicap room available for me. I just had knee replacement surgery and so it’s inconvenient for me to sit on a low toilet and very painful. The light is not working over the microwave area and she said she didn’t have any maintenance people so therefore she couldn’t have it fixed so I asked her if I could leave and get my money back and she told me she was not authorized to issue my refund. I tried calling the help center. There’s no one available until Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM. I don’t know what time zone that’s in. The room is totally unacceptable because the toilet seat is too low. I have a bad knee and I can’t use it. There are no handlebars in here for disability people.

Why is a large, nice hotel in the middle of a block, with construction companies and manufacturing equipment surrounding the building? I was concerned that my vehicle was not safe, even while parked in front of the building.

AC unit broke on us in the middle of the night

My main issue was the AC unit. It kept us up all night long b/c it sounded the the fan was going out everytime it would shut off. And this would last for 30-60!seconds every time. So I complained about. They went and checked it out. Did nothing. Then the next night, the AC died in the middle of the night. So we didn’t have any AC at that point. I knew it was going to happen.told them. And nothing. The staff I would talk to in the mornings were always amazing and understanding. The staff in the afternoon/eveinging were not. The toilet handle when arriving was broken too. So they came and fixed that the next day. Which was nice. But super annoying to have a broke toilet handle the first night. Breakfast was good. And everything was clean. Some cracks in the shower but the room itself was very clean.

The place had dirty rooms I was offered several rooms, and had my 4th room that was somewhat clean. I think more cleanings of bed and sheets, and mattress need to be more evaluated, and pest control for the beds.

The property is not in a good area, the corridors were hot, and there was almost no breakfast available by 9:30 a.m. even though I was told that breakfast was served until 10:00 a.m. However, the room was fine, and the price was affordable.
