Room was spotless and when I got there my room had towels in the shape of a swan with an encouraging note. Thank you for making my stay special. Stayed in January so I didn't get to use the pool it was too cold. Breakfast was good hot and fresh.

Have stayed here few times now. Always very friendly staff clean room and comfortable only complaint is the shower is a bit short for taller people. A hand held shower would be better.
