Loved our stay. Especially the seating area outside the the breakfast room. It was so relaxing drinking coffee and viewing the flowing brook below and looking up at the mountains. Gilbert

I enjoyed the facility it has just gotten expensive for drinks and food. I was only disappointed in my room because the refrigerator didn't work but the staff was very helpful.

Beatiful building, great restaurants and bars on the property. Staff was excellent. Music in the lobby. The whole experience was wonderful.

Beautiful condo on Baldy Road way up the mountain. If you want to be in town this isn't your place but 10 min drive down. No need for a car as the buss stop is out front, free and allows dogs. My 800 ft condo was fully furnished, jacuzzi fireplace and a garage. Trail heads are all within walking distance

The Brown Palace is very old which is its major charm. Guests must know that everything about the building may not work quite right. For example, the heating/AC system in our room was very noisy and could not be adjusted. The shower handle was difficult to adjust (Room 430) in starting the stream.

We’ve been staying at this place for a while now, and we absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the bar and kitchen. The room we stayed in had one of the best views we’ve ever had, and they truly elevated the glamping experience to a whole new level. We highly recommend this place, and we’re already planning our next trip with family or friends. Thank you all at the staff for making our stay so unique and memorable.
