We liked the room, it had a lot of space. The walls are a bit thin, so we heard the next rooms TV until after midnight one night. The door rattled, and we had to put a pillow against it to stop the noise. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the lady who brought it to us every morning was so pleasant. Also, the restaurant on site was amazing, we would eat there again.

1hotel has the best vibe, always. Cool people, great rooms and food, always a home away from home, but better!

Did not like the interior view. Room was nice but had to have heating serviced twice to stop the a/c from freezing us out. Staff were very quick to respond to our concerns and needs.

Super disappointed with our stay. We booked two 2-bedroom suites and when we arrived, nothing was ready for us. We had to remove all of the dishes out of the dishwasher and the suites were undone. The bathrooms had mold and cockroaches. We called front desk a thousand times but nobody picked up… ever. They just don’t care. What did it for me was the complimentary coffee in the lobby ended at 8 am. I’ve been to 3-star Holiday Inns that had coffee all day at the lobby. This hotel was not worth it and is definitely not a 5-star.
